Also known as Patagonian Toothfish.
Its unique soft and buttery meat is what that lured the consumers. It is also highly sought after due to the high level of omega3 fatty-acid which comes with many health benefits.
The high price is also due to the limited harvesting allowed to prevent extinction in line with the sustainability policy.
The fillet cut has been manually deboned for convenience, but please check before feeding children and elderly.
